Review deals
Once we review and analyze a potential opportunity, we underwrite it, using our proprietary method that we have created. This allows us to see the opportunity from all metrics, and determine the best investment strategy for that opportunity.

Submitting offers is an art. Knowing how to negotiate and be competitive in today's market is huge. We are expert negotiators and have many relationships within the industry that work with us to facilitate deals.

Once we are under contract, we move quickly to raise funds from our equity partners and investors. We deliver detailed documentation and information every step of the way. We work very closely with our partners and investors ensuring their funds are protected and placed properly.
