Mr. Scammel has long term, solid experience in Multifamily property deals, operations, construction, and capital raising. He has a diverse and strong background and business management experience in structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing complex and sophisticated real estate finance and other transactions covering a broad range of property types and financing structures. Mr. Scammel has been actively involved in the acquisition and management of value-add multifamily real estate projects and understands the complexities of build outs, construction management and renovation projects. Mr. Scammel has an investor base that repeatedly invests in his projects due to the growth and returns he has produced for his investors. With over a decade of real estate transactions and over $100MM in funds managed, Mr. Scammel is positioned to manage just about any real estate project and produce great returns for his investor partners.
